• W90 is a high strength threadlocker used for fixing and sealing all types of thread connections up to M6.

•  W90 reacts between metal connections and in an airless environment to lock and seal the system.

•  It has high strength and cannot be removed with hand tools. For removal, temperature of the application area must be increased to + 150 ° C and above. Takes capillary action, can also fill the gaps on the metal.

•  Clean the two metal parts you want to lock.

•  Make sure parts are dry, clean and free of oil and grease.

•  Apply enough W90 to the surfaces and install. An immediate assembly is not required, because the material reacts only after connecting the parts. Once the desired connection is established, wait for the reaction to complete and do not change their position.

•  Curing can be accelerated with activators.
