•  W38 is a high strength retaining adhesive used for retaining of metal surfaces.

•  W38 reacts between metal surfaces and in an airless environment to cure and seal.

•  It is a high strength retaining adhesive and therefore cannot be removed with hand tools only. Applicated parts must be heated up to 150°C or over to unlock.

•  Clean the two metal surfaces you want to bond. Make sure parts are dry, clean and free of oil and grease.

•  Apply enough W38 to the surfaces and install. An immediate assembly is not required, because the material reacts only after connecting the parts. Once the desired connection is established, wait for the reaction to complete and do not change their position (12 Hours).

•  Curing can be accelerated with activators.
