•  W42 is a medium strength sealant used for sealing threaded connections up to M20 in           hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

•  W42 reacts between metal threads and in an airless environment to cure and seal.

•  It is a medium strength sealant and therefore can be removed with hand tools at need.

•  Clean the two metal threads you want to seal.

•  Make sure parts are dry, clean and free of oil and grease.

•  Apply enough W42 to the surfaces and install. An immediate assembly is not required, because the material reacts only after connecting the parts. Once the desired connection is established, wait for the reaction to complete and do not change their position.

•  Curing can be accelerated with activators.
